Hi, welcome to my portfolio! My name is Via, and I’m a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati DAAP program with a B.S. in Fashion Design. I’m often described as a versatile creative, combining strong organization, attention to detail, and time management with a passion for storytelling and design. After recently completing my senior thesis collection and seeing my designs walk the runway, my love for fashion has only grown stronger. While fashion remains my primary focus, I’ve always been drawn to a wide range of creative outlets and enjoy discovering the ways they connect and inspire one another.

During my time at DAAP, I completed five internships across several areas of the fashion industry, including technical design, product development in New York City, costuming, and a fabric internship in Los Angeles. Most recently, as a design intern with CONQUERing, I styled two looks and hand-embellished a final runway piece with 555 jewelry elements for Paris Fashion Week 2025. I also created an award-winning jewelry design with the brand that is now patented.

Beyond fashion design, I’m passionate about photography, styling, and the performing arts. I especially thrive in photoshoot environments because they combine so many of my creative interests into one collaborative space. Growing up in the performing arts also inspired my love for costume design and visual storytelling. My biggest career goals are to work in styling and costuming, helping bring creative visions to life through fashion.

Above all, I’m passionate about creating thoughtful work in positive and collaborative environments. I love uplifting others, learning through new experiences, and being part of something meaningful.
